The testing fee is $170.
Note:
From 1 September 2016, all driving tests conducted by an authorized class C driving examiner must be recorded. A camera will be used to record the road environment in front of the car during the test as well as recording you and your driving examiner inside the vehicle.
Your driving examiner is required to hold on to the recording for up to six months following your driving test.
The Motor Vehicle Registry Licensing Compliance Unit will randomly request a copy of recorded driving tests from the driving examiner to make sure driving tests are being conducted to the required standard.
